Quotes and estimates

Costs depend on the size of the project, the materials chosen and the complexity of the work, so we provide a detailed estimate after a consultation rather than a fixed price list.

Any figure given before we have seen the space is indicative only. Where the work turns out to involve something that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand, we will price it and agree it with you before continuing.

Design approval

Fabrication begins once the design, materials and finishes have been approved by you. Because cabinetry is built to your specification rather than taken from stock, changes requested after approval may affect both the cost and the schedule.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and the stages at which the balance falls due, are set out in the written estimate you receive. Those terms are what apply to your project.

Scheduling and access

We agree a schedule with you before work begins. You will need to give us reasonable access to the property, along with power, throughout the installation.

Where a delay is caused by circumstances outside our control, we will tell you as soon as we know and agree a revised date with you.

Variations

Any change to the agreed specification is treated as a variation. We will confirm the cost and any effect on the schedule with you, and it only proceeds once you have approved it.

Materials and warranties

We select materials and finishes for durability and for performance in Arizona conditions. Manufacturer warranties on materials, hardware and any appliances are passed to you in full and are governed by the manufacturer terms that come with them.

Any guarantee we offer on our own work is confirmed in writing with your estimate. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or accident, or work later altered by someone else.
