What we collect
When you request a consultation or send us a message we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you are planning and a preferred date. We collect nothing else, and we never ask for payment details through this website.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type. These are used to keep the site available and secure, and are not linked to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, prepare an estimate and keep you updated while your project is running. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once they are no longer needed. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as we need them to support the work and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
Your rights
